PRINTS, CANVAS & GIFT SHOP MERCHANDISE - are shipped by my fulfillment partner. They will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Production time is up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping times will vary depending on destination. North American transit times will run from 2 to 7 business days after production is completed. International shipping is available for these. Please note that I am not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

ORIGINALS RETURN POLICY - Original artwork may be returned within 7 days if it is returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Custom framing as well as the shipping and handling fees on the original order are not refundable. The shipping cost to return the purchase is the customer's responsibility. There is also a 15% restocking fee.
ART PRINTS RETURN POLICY - I will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. I may request to have the order returned to me and will provide a return shipping label. I do not provide a refund based on customer preference. I will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos and contact me with your order number for further instructions. My fulfillment partner only offers plexiglass with their frames, instead of glass. I happen to be very picky about the quality of my finished work. Plexiglass just doesn't cut the mustard. I understand the reasoning; because it's lighter (which means less shipping cost) and there's very little chance it could break. I unwaveringly prefer conservation glass or museum glass for it's UV protection and non-glare quality. Protection from fading is paramount. So, I recommend that you find a local framer who can help you choose not only a beautiful archival mat but a good quality conservation glass to go with your frame. Conservation framing is the way to go!!. Done, no more worrying about your artwork's protection. Watch Antique's Roadshow and checkout how much a well kept fine art print goes for. The last thing you want to hear is that it would be worth a whole lot more if only it was in better condition. Just saying...
